Havana «City»

The quotes are not for nothing. "Havana City" was the former name of Havana. And it was called this way to distinguish it from the Havana Province, that people usually called Habana Campo. But, since 2010, the Havana province was administratively split into two provinces, Artemisa and Mayabeque. The "City" part simply ceased to existe, because since then, there is only one Havana, which is not only a city, but a province too, like federalism, but not really it. Here, we'll continue to use the "City" part to mean "the entire city", because people in Cuba also have the habit to call "Havana" boroughs like Centro Habana or Habana Vieja.
